I’m a veteran editor, writer, and magazine journalist based in Indianapolis. I freelance for local and national publications and marketing agencies, with an emphasis on sports, lifestyle, and healthcare.

As a senior staff editor for Indianapolis Monthly magazine, one of the leading titles in the City/Regional Magazine Association, I wrote and edited hundreds of stories on lifestyle, travel, sports, home design, dining, personalities, shopping, and many more topics. I served as editor-in-chief of quarterly and annual publications, won 17 writing and editing awards, and managed staff and editorial operations.

I’m a Swiss Army knife of editorial, excelling in ideation, storytelling, formats, copyediting, longform editing, service packages, managing, launching new products, and working with clients on custom projects.

I captain USTA tennis teams, cheer on the Indiana Hoosiers and Indiana Fever, and recently scored my first bucket in a pick-up game.
